WISE Management is a consulting agency that connects individuals and businesses to insurance products through Licensed Agents and provides affordable marketing and professional development services.

For Existing Agents:

You choose to be a WISE agent because you know you have quality products that our customers need. We are on a mission to insure a secure economy. As a team, our goal can be a reality.

Joining the WISE Management Team (further referenced as WISE MGMNT or WISE), you (further referenced as LICENSED AGENT/ or AGENT) will be a Non-captive, Independent Agent doing business as required by law. Agents are to maintain their license as outlined by law, including the states in which they are appointed and the carriers with whom they are contracted. WISE MGMNT does not manage Agents’ individual licenses; however, it may assist with keeping Agents updated, where applicable.

Agents have a duty to conduct “good business” practices, lead with ethical behavior, and have integrity at all times. Matching customers to insurance products that meet their needs at a reasonable rate is an agent’s duty. All business duties performed day-to-day are the sole responsibility of the Licensed Agent. Delegating such duties may have consequences for the Licensed Agent, including monetary fees if the tasks are not appropriately distributed. It is the Licensed Agents’ responsibility to ensure that all laws regarding their insurance background are complied with.

When joining WISE MGMNT, Agents who must hold Errors & Omissions Coverage will need to provide proof of coverage to WISE as an Agent of WISE MGMNT. WISE will not List a business entity or non-licensed delegatory “employee or contractor” of the Licensed Agent not listed on the E&O Coverage. The E&O Insurance will be paid by the Agents. Additional insurance needs past license requirements will be the responsibility of the Licensed Agent to obtain independently. NO EXCEPTIONS.

For Life & Health Agents who choose to Contract With WISE Carriers:

WISE will not provide E&O Coverage. WISE will not cover a business entity or non-licensed delegatory “employee or contractor” of the Licensed Agent. Additional insurance needs past current limits will be the responsibility of the Licensed Agent to obtain independently. NO EXCEPTIONS. WISE MGMNT holds the right to revoke the license of Licensed Agents who are covered by E&O, should it be found that “good business” practices are not being upheld, the integrity of the Agent has been compromised, other ill intentions have been performed, or constant customer complaints have been filed. Shall a suit be set against agents for misconduct of any kind, that Agent will be responsible for any fees associated with their offense.

Other Licensed Agents Regulated By The Department of Insurance:

[Further referred to as You, Your, Yoursel(f),(ves), or Your Business.]
You may list yourselves or your businesses here. You will take the same pledge of conducting “good business” practices, leading with ethical behavior, and having integrity at all times. You agree to hold E&O coverage as outlined previously if your license type requires Errors and Omissions insurance. WISE does NOT manage your business license [unless, using a WISE Management Vendor service and Managing Your Business License is a covered service], non-licensed delegatory “employees or contractors” of your business, or Licensed Agents of your business [unless individual agents are listed as a contractor or your business lists Licensed Agents under your business; limits to just www.Licensedagents.biz. WISE MGMNT believes in the Licensed Agents who choose to be affiliated, and are held to a code of quality that can be found at www.wisemangement.biz. If you believe in our mission to insure a secure economy & can lead with integrity, please submit your pledge to the WISE Affiliation.
